Workshops & Day Retreats
Our Workshops and Day Retreats offer enriching, immersive experiences designed to support your personal growth and well-being. Held on weekends, these workshops cover a range of topics, including emotional resilience, relationships, stress management and mindful parenting. Each session combines practical insights with hands-on activities, such as meditation, yoga, and other complementary practices to reinforce key ideas and deepen understanding. Lasting from a few hours to two days, these retreats provide a supportive space to learn, connect, and leave feeling renewed and empowered. Our retreat stands out by offering participants an intense experience of self-growth that integrates body and mind alignment. We focus on empowering individuals to harness their own emotions as tools for navigating life's challenges, fostering resilience with each one of our carefully-crafted yoga practices, psychoeducational and experiential workshops, and meditations. The leaders are qualified, seasoned experts in their respective fields, driven by a shared inspiration to share their profound knowledge and experiences. This retreat is born from a genuine desire to guide others towards personal growth and holistic well-being, ensuring every participant emerges stronger and more resilient.
The psychoeducational component of our retreats
Although personal psychotherapy sessions are not part of the retreats, psycho-education- learning about and understanding mental health and well-being- is essential to comprehend how your mind functions and how your thinking and behavioral patterns develop before implementing any new skills or changes. This has been a crucial component of Ioanna’s clients’ progress both in psychotherapy and retreats. To ensure this goal is met, we make sure that participant groups for the psychoeducational component do not exceed ten people.
Meet the team

Group retreats are designed to be a more intimate experience. Therefore, a typical group consists of no more than 15 – 20 participants. Our psychoeducational groups, however, do not exceed 10 participants at a time.

We strive to create a retreat experience that aligns with who you are and what you’re looking for. Once you express interest, you’ll complete a short questionnaire. If needed, I’ll arrange a brief phone consultation to ensure your expectations and our retreat offering are a perfect match.
